Layer 5 - ‘Earth’

The final layer covers dimensions that leaders tend to experience later on in their leadership journey, driving complex and large scale change, sustainable growth, and leaving a legacy.

Progression (5-1)

The Progression dimension looks at how you create progression, driving innovation, significant change, and positively disrupting the current environment to enable this change.

Enlightenment (5-2)

The Enlightenment dimension inspects wisdom, acceptance, attachment and ego, and how increasing the former two and reducing the latter two enrich life.

Growth (5-3)

The Growth dimension looks at how you encourage, facilitate and enable sustainable growth, and bringing others with you on the journey.

Service (5-4)

The Service dimension explores how what you do serves others, our habitat and our advancement. As leaders develop their leadership skills to high levels, this frequently becomes the focus over material wealth or prestige.
