Layer 4 - ‘Empire’
The fourth layer helps develop and refine the ‘empire’ you are building, designing and developing the culture, refining your coaching leadership style, and using research, continual improvement and lean thinking to mature the processes, teams and organisation around you.
Research (4-1)
The Research dimension looks at advanced researching techniques to find new and validate existing information.
Culture (4-2)
The Culture dimension encompasses how you define, encourage and create cultures and cultural movements, and how you create a sense of belonging in the groups that identify with these tribes.
Coaching (4-3)
The Coaching dimension extends Nurturing, specifically developing your coaching approach, skills and leadership style.
Kaizen (4-4)
The Kaizen dimension considers how you identify, drive and measure improvements, and apply lean principles to improve processes, organisations, and even yourself.
