Inspiring (3-2)

The Inspiring dimension investigates how you inspire other people and create followership, building on your own confidence and self mastery.

Nurturing (3-3)

The Nurturing dimension looks at how you directly develop and indirectly support the development of others, guiding, mentoring, coaching and delegating.

Strategy (3-4)

The Strategy dimension considers strategic thinking, how you make strategic decisions, and plan multiple steps ahead.
