Layer 1 - ‘Foundation’
The foundational layer, these dimensions develop mindset and confidence, a focus on value, the core trust, relationship building and interaction skills, and the skills to develop an effective vision to lead yourself and others towards. This tends to be a good place to start the leadership journey, and create the foundation to develop further leadership dimensions from.
Value (1-1)
The Value dimension relates to how you identify, define and articulate value related to the projects, tasks, actions, and problems you work on.
Mindset (1-2)
The Mindset dimension explores aspects such as mindset, internal emotional intelligence, self confidence and self worth.
Connecting (1-3)
The Connecting dimension encompasses building and developing trust with others, how you listen, use empathy, questions, language patterns and build long term relationships with others.
Vision (1-4)
The Vision dimension looks at how you define and create a vision for the future, for yourself, for products, teams, organisations and projects and how you share this vision with other people.
