This model attempts to make these concepts even more usable and help you practically apply the models and frameworks to develop your personal effectiveness and impact as a leader. This model is core to the leadership development, coaching and consulting we provide, and for each dimension of the model we provide insights and tools to help you develop strength and mastery.
